Dalgona coffee was all the rage last year that led everyone to channel their inner Master Chef. The world has now moved past it and welcomed a new beverage to obsess over. If you are bored of the regular coffee, you might want to try the latest drink that’s gone viral on social media; Greek Frappe. It’s creamier, frothier and yummier than the caffeinated Dalgona in every which way!

Greek Frappe is easy and quick to make at home. Here's what you'll need.

Ingredients

Instant coffee (Nescafe)
Sugar
Milk
Ice cubes
Cold water
Hand blender

Add about 2 teaspoons of instant coffee (Nescafé) and 3 to 4 tablespoons of cold water to a cup or jar. You can also add a spoonful of sugar if you so desire. Use a milk frother or hand blender to whip this mixture until it gets thick, foamy and appears light brown in colour. Now, pour the mixture into the serving glass and add 3 cubes of ice and a splash of milk if you like. Your Frappe is ready to serve and enjoy!

Here's another quick tip - If you don’t have a hand blender, shake the instant coffee and water in a cocktail shaker or closed jar until it becomes foamy.
