India has invited national security advisers of the region and of key nations like Russia and Pakistan to Delhi for a meeting on the current situation in Afghanistan, according to media reports.
Two dates have been proposed for the in-person meeting - 10th and 11th November, reports indicate.
Next week, India is set to attend the Moscow Format talks on Afghanistan on October 20. Taliban's Deputy Prime Minister will be attending the Russia-hosted meeting along with delegations from India, USA, China, Pakistan, Iran and Central Asian states.
The Moscow Format was launch by Russia in 2017 to address issues related to Afghanistan.
